Summary
Justice Haynes is ready for a highly anticipated freshman season at the University of Alabama.
As a Georgia legacy, the five-star running back chose the Crimson Tide in this recent signing class. He totaled over 7,000 career rushing yards (7,574) and had 95 touchdowns across four years at Buford High School. The 5-foot-10, 205-pounder enrolled early for spring practice and impressed everyone with his skill set. Haynes had Nick Saban single him out as someone who does not perform like a freshman. He dominated two scrimmages before the A-Day game and recorded three scores in the spring game.
If he continues to grow, Haynes could become the starting running back or he’ll take carries from Roydell Williams and Jam Miller as the No. 2 option behind Jase McClellan. Haynes possesses a lot of skills and might be the player at the running back position that can separate himself from the rest. He has to show exceptional work in preseason camp, but we will see how it goes.
Alabama fans regard Haynes as one of a few freshmen that will have an impact on the team.
