A trio of Alabama football 2027 targets is set to come off the board on Tuesday.
Tyler Younger, Cedrick Simmons and Stafford Willis will share which schools they will choose. Here is where the Tide stands with each:
Tyler Younger – 3-Star Edge
Younger is set to choose from offers from Alabama and Stanford. He is fresh off an official visit with the Crimson Tide and the timing of his announcement appears to favor Alabama, with the Tide showing him why Tuscaloosa could be the best place for him in recent weeks.
“They are great,” Younger told Touchdown Alabama. “Coach Robinson even showed me why they are best at developing football players and men to reach my full potential.”
At 6-foot-5 and 230 pounds, Younger is an edge defender who shows strength at the point of attack and flashes an ability to make tackles in space. He will have an opportunity to line up at the bandit position or at Wolf linebacker if he were to commit to the Tide.
Cedrick Simmons – 3-Star WR
Simmons will choose between Alabama, Auburn and Purdue after each program hosted him for an official visit. The in-state programs are out front, with Auburn taking a major step with Simmons on an official visit last weekend. Either the Tide or the Tigers will land one of the best receivers the state has to offer.
The 5-foot-10, 190-pounder is explosive and athletic as a threat out wide. He also packs a punch when he is in possession of the football, attempting to pick up yards after the catch while being built like a linebacker.
It will be either Alabama or Auburn for the state of Alabama’s reigning leading receiver Cedrick Simmons @DaonlyCed on Tuesday.

Stafford Willis – 3-Star OL
Willis is a three-star offensive lineman, and he will choose between Alabama, South Carolina, UCLA, Virginia and Virginia Tech. The Crimson Tide took a major step with the in-state prospect during his official visit, and DeBoer and company have put themselves in a solid position ahead of Willis’ announcement.
“I love it,” Willis said after his Alabama official visit. “They’re sitting in a really good spot right now. It’s going to be a hard decision, but it’s definitely an exciting one, and they’re in a really good position.”
At 6-foot-5 and 290 pounds, Willis is a physical offensive lineman who displays the ability to properly execute a variety of blocking assignments. One can see him executing effective combo blocks and continuing to find work at the second level of defenses throughout his film. Stafford also flashes some agility along with some impressive strength. He is looking to improve as a pass blocker a lot during his final season of high school football.
