Alabama dropped to No. 5 in the College Football Playoff rankings on Tuesday.
The Tide is the first team out, while Georgia jumped to No. 4 and LSU jumped to No. 1. Clemson came in at No. 3 and Ohio State dropped to No. 2.
Nick Saban and Alabama are coming off of their first loss of the season. Fortunately, it was against the new No. 1 team, which should help Alabama in the future.
The Tide still has another Top 25 team on the schedule with Auburn sitting at No. 12.
