Kaleb Ballard plans to be in Tuscaloosa this weekend when the Alabama Crimson Tide takes on the Florida State Seminoles.

Ballard is one of the best offensive prospects in the 2028 recruiting class, and he attends Wetumpka High School in Alabama. He holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Florida and several other programs.

The Crimson Tide offered Ballard during the spring.

“It’s a childhood dream,” Ballard told Touchdown Alabama after receiving the offer. “I grew up an Alabama fan. I’m blessed to have the opportunity to go play there. I loved it. There’s nothing else like it.”

Ballard is a great blend of size and athleticism at 6-foot-5 and 225 pounds. Many are high on his potential to be a dangerous offensive weapon at the next level, at either tight end or wide receiver, because he is an extremely tough cover out wide with his frame.
