Jim Nagy, the executive director for the Reese’s Senior Bowl, posted on Twitter last week about his thoughts on DeVonta Smith being Alabama’s ‘most complete’ wide receiver in 2019.

The junior from Louisiana is coming off a season where he led the Crimson Tide in receiving yards (1,256), touchdowns (14) and yards per game average (96.6). Smith had three 100-yard performances – including a pair of 200-yard games versus Ole Miss (274) and LSU (213) at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Despite being on the same team as Jerry Jeudy, Henry Ruggs III and Jaylen Waddle, the former four-star proved he could be the leading man of an explosive unit.
With him returning for his senior year, Smith is ready to show NFL scouts that he has all the characteristics of being a first-round selection.
