Alabama is slowly, but surely putting together a solid recruiting class for 2016. Eddy Pineiro, JUCO’s top punting/kicking prospect, became the Crimson Tide’s 13 verbal commit Thursday.
Pineiro, who stands at 6-foot-1, 180 pounds, attends ASA College in North Miami Beach, Fla. He attended Alabama’s kicking camp last week, and really impressed the coaching staff.
So blessed to announce that I have committed on a full scholarship to play football at The University of Alabama 🐘🏈🅰 pic.twitter.com/blPz7JdU7Z

Pineiro accepted a full scholarship, and looks to play at Alabama for four years.
Alabama’s head coach Nick Saban continues to target needs with this recruiting class.
He picked up DT Kendell Jones (Texas), ILB Jaquan Yulee (Virginia), DT Raekwon Davis (Mississippi), DB Joshua Perry (Louisiana), CB Shyheim Carter (Louisiana) and OLB Riley Cole (Alabama).
Aside from Pineiro, Alabama got commitments from TE Brendan Scales (Missouri), WR T.J. Simmons (Alabama), OG Chris Owens (Texas), OG Deonte Brown (Alabama), OT Charles Baldwin (New York) and OT Jonah Williams (California) for its offense.
