An A-Day Game at the University of Alabama is not complete without a few close-up moments from Nick Saban.
During the last practice of spring football, ESPN’s Kirk Herbstreit and Joey Galloway joined the Crimson Tide’s head football coach on the field.
In front of almost 50,000 fans at Bryant-Denny Stadium, Saban had some of his best hot microphone moments with players.

He cracked a joke on Slade Bolden, gave assignments to defensive players, praised Agiye Hall, and avoided the second-team defense as it almost ran him over. Twenty-three points were scored in all as White defeated Crimson, 13-10.
Bryce Young led his team to the steak dinner, and he was the Dixie Howell Most Valuable Player of the Game. Jah-Marien Latham was voted the Dwight Stephenson Lineman of the A-Day matchup. The spring game proved to be competitive for both offense and defense.
