Education reigns supreme at the University of Alabama.
The Crimson Tide had 82 student-athletes named to the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll this week, with 36 coming from its 2015 national championship winning football squad.
SEC Scholar-Athlete of the Year and All-American Ryan Kelly, along with Jacob Coker, O.J. Howard, Cole Mazza, Richard Mullaney, Ross Pierschbacher and JK Scott were a few names on the list. A grade point average of 3.0 or higher must be obtained in order for a student-athlete to make the academic honor roll either in the preceding year or in their career.
