Ragland and Robinson were catalyst on an Alabama defense that allowed 15.1 points, 276.3 total yards and 75.7 rush yards per game, all of which were among the best nationally.
Ragland led the team in total tackles with 102, while both of them anchored a unit that generated an FBS-leading 52 sacks in 2015. Ragland was a finalist for Butkus, Chuck Bednarik and Bronko Nagurski national honors, while Robinson was a finalist for the Outland Trophy (nation’s top interior lineman).
Both players have been projected as first round picks in the upcoming NFL Draft. Ragland and Robinson were important factors in the Crimson Tide’s run to a national championship.
