Alabama QB Mac Jones “a grown man” entering this season

With the work he has turned in all summer, Alabama football head coach Nick Saban may end up redshirting freshmen Taulia Tagovailoa and Paul Tyson this fall. 

ESPN referred to him as walk-on in the 2017 spring game – he was on scholarship – and there are some fans that doubt his abilities; however, Mac Jones is about to put the world on notice as he enters his sophomore year at quarterback. He entered the Crimson Tide’s program as a lanky young man from Jacksonville, Fla., but he’s now grown into his body and is very confident.
