PODCAST: Five Alabama defensive players that look to finish strong versus Michigan

The excitement around the Alabama football program is geared toward a very talented signing class, but the Crimson Tide knows it has one final game left. It has been in practice all week, preparing for a Citrus Bowl matchup with Michigan that is scheduled for New Year’s Day.

While the offense has been productive all season, Tide fans look to see an all-around stellar performance on defense to provide confidence for next year. With six starters out, a door of opportunity has opened for other players to step up.

Although it did not have the right mindset during the 2009 Sugar Bowl versus Utah (2008 season) and the 2014 Sugar Bowl against Oklahoma (2013 season), Alabama owned the last bowl game it had in the state of Florida.
