Could Alabama have two 1,000-yard RB’s? How impactful will Christian Harris, Daniel Wright be this season?

Time to get into some Alabama football.

With everyone anticipating a college football season, two things weigh heavy on the minds of Crimson Tide fans: a dominant defense and a power rushing attack. Despite it finishing in the top-20 nationally for total defense and scoring defense, Alabama did not achieve the standard it wanted last season. Whether it was injuries, a lack of communication or a combination of things, Nick Saban and his coaching staff plan on having all things in order for the coming fall.

As great as Tua Tagovailoa was, fans want to see a return of a power run game.

The Tide welcomes back Najee Harris to the roster and has six other running back joining him in the backfield.

After he posted a 1,000-yard campaign in 2019, the question is who will join Harris as a 1,000-yard back for this season?

On Wednesday, former Alabama receiver Matt Caddell joined yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine via In My Own Words to discuss the Tide for the 2020 season. Caddell gave his thoughts on Christian Harris, Dylan Moses, Daniel Wright and Alabama’s situation at running back.  He sees redshirt freshman, Trey Sanders as the second 1,000-yard rusher.

Saban is going after his seventh national title overall.
