After Nick Saban received three straight negative PCR tests for Coronavirus and has been cleared by the Southeastern Conference to coach versus Georgia, Greg Byrne updated his status on social media. Along with Saban, Byrne received a positive test for COVID-19 on Wednesday and immediately left the building.

He will not be at Bryant-Denny Stadium for the game; however, Byrne announced on Twitter that he’s ‘feeling good.’ The Crimson Tide’s athletic director will be watching the game from home, while continuing to follow SEC protocol.

Thankfully, Byrne has recovered well and he’s been appreciative of the well wishes from fans.

In playing for Byrne, fans are looking forward to Alabama getting a win over the Bulldogs.
