Alabama football is going after its sixth win of the season and Mississippi State is the opponent.

After stunning the college football world with its victory over LSU to start the year, the Bulldogs lost its last three games and are struggling on offense. Players have even decided to leave the program, as Mike Leach is trying to locate athletes that want to remain on the team.

When it comes to the Crimson Tide, its offense has been in perfect sync while its defense is improving.

Nick Saban saw the play of his team against Georgia and Tennessee, especially the way it pitched a shutout in four quarters combined.

Alabama blanked the Bulldogs in the second half and held the Volunteers scoreless in the first and fourth quarter.

The Tide wants to continue its dominance as it is pushing toward a Southeastern Conference Championship and a chance to return to the College Football Playoff. On Friday, Patrick Dowd (reporter) and yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine provided a game preview for Alabama/Mississippi State.
