From the footage made public by the Alabama football team, it showed the Crimson Tide’s defense working on hand placement when engaging with an offensive player.
This sort of technique will be useful to keep in mind to try and halt a run-heavy Kentucky team this Saturday as displacing its blockers will be key in keeping them in check.
