Regardless of what he has been through in his coaching career, Steve Sarkisian has re-established himself as one of the hottest names in the business at the collegiate level.
In taking an opportunity to come back to Nick Saban and the University of Alabama, he is the mastermind behind the nation’s most outstanding offense. The Crimson Tide leads the nation in scoring offense (49.7 ppg) and passing efficiency offense (197.5), while ranking at No. 5 for total offense (543.9 ypg). Sarkisian has mentored three catalysts for the Heisman Trophy — Mac Jones, Najee Harris and DeVonta Smith — and has dialed up plays to allow the Tide to score at least 40 points in 10 straight matchups.
Sarkisian is coming off a 52-46 victory over Florida in the SEC Championship Game.
Along with this, he had a hand in bringing in the No. 1 recruiting class in the country for 2021.

Alabama has the best offensive line class, a dual-threat quarterback (Jalen Milroe) and four extremely talented wide receivers.
Sarkisian did not interview for the Auburn head coaching position and is no longer a candidate for the job. With this being said, the Crimson Tide is very committed keeping Sarkisian at the program.
