The sophomore outside linebacker takes pride in silencing critics.

He leads with words, but his emotion on the field is even better. He leads Alabama in sacks (seven) and tackles for loss (15) this season. Anderson comes off a career performance against Mississippi State where he became the first Crimson Tide defender since Derrick Thomas (1988, Kentucky) to record four sacks in a single game. During the narration, Anderson lets his performance speak on the field. He opened the video by stating how he listens in a world where everyone is talking.

“Silence says a lot, and cowards hide behind words,” Anderson said. “All that talking won’t help you on the field. Out there, it’s about action. It’s about violence. So, I don’t care what anyone has to say. I thank God every time I step between those lines because between those lines, I don’t have to say a word.”

He’s been letting his game do the talking since high school. Anderson is ready to dominate Tennessee.
