NFL Draft decisions on Alabama’s John Metchie and Jordan Battle

We have more NFL Draft decisions for Alabama players.

According to ESPN’s Chris Low, John Metchie is expected to declare for the draft.

He led the Crimson Tide in receptions (96) and totaled 1,142 yards with eight touchdowns. A knee injury in the SEC Championship Game forced Metchie to miss the College Football Playoff. He finished his three-year career with 155 catches for 2,081 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns. Metchie came to Alabama as a four-star from Canada in the 2019 recruiting class.

He won two SEC Championships (2020, 2021) and a CFP National Championship in 2020.

Jordan Battle is expected to return to Alabama for his senior season.

He finished fourth on defense for total tackles (87) and had three pass breakups and three interceptions. Battle joins Henry To’oto’o, DJ Dale, and DeMarcco Hellams as the fourth Crimson Tide defender to return to school.
