Alabama football continues its streak of 10-win seasons in the Nick Saban era.
After earning a 49-27 victory over Auburn in the Iron Bowl, the Crimson Tide are 10-2 to end the regular season.

It also climbed to No. 6 in Sunday’s Top 25 poll for the Associated Press. Alabama got some help last week as Louisiana State University, Clemson University, and Ohio State University all lost. The Tide has some hope to slip into the College Football Playoff should the University of Southern California lose in the Pac-12 Championship Game or Texas Christian University drops the Big 12 Championship Game. ESPN will unveil the new CFP rankings on Tuesday ahead of conference championship week.
If the Tide falls at No. 5, it has a legitimate opportunity to make the playoff.
