AJ McCarron reacts to being named XFL MVP

AJ McCarron kept football exciting after the college season and NFL season.

 The former Alabama quarterback earned Most Valuable Player honors for the XFL.

He accomplished the feat by setting a single-season league record for passing touchdowns (24). McCarron completed 68.8 percent of his passes for 2,150 yards for the St. Louis Battlehawks. He guided the team to a 7-3 record, despite missing one game.

McCarron reacted to getting named MVP on Twitter.

Hopefully, this does enough to earn him a shot back into the National Football League.
