Former Alabama WR Slade Bolden gets jersey number for Falcons

Slade Bolden has his jersey number for the Atlanta Falcons.

As a former Alabama wide receiver, he signed with the team after trying out. He came into the Crimson Tide’s 2018 class as a three-star athlete from Louisiana. Bolden helped the Tide to a College Football Playoff National Championship in 2020, totaling 24 catches for 270 yards receiving and a touchdown. He also assisted Alabama to two Southeastern Conference Championships.

Bolden went undrafted in 2022; however, the Baltimore Ravens signed him as a free agent. He got cut from the team because of an injury, but the Falcons have offered him a new opportunity. Bolden will wear No. 89 for his team.

Crimson Tide fans are excited to see what he doe in Atlanta.
