Mac Jones bringing a high confidence level to Patriots offense

Mac Jones is geared up for an impressive third season in the National Football League.

He has a true offensive coordinator with the New England Patriots and turned in a good training camp. Jones excelled at connecting on intermediate and deep passes against the Patriots’ defense. New England does not have elite weapons at wide receiver; however, Jones has built confidence in them. The Patriots have Mike Gesicki at tight end, and he is excited about his production with Jones at quarterback. He has a ‘high’ level of confidence in the Alabama football alum for this season.

“He makes it fun to go out there and play,” Gesicki said to ESPN’s Mike Reiss about Jones. “We’re always joking around, but when it’s time to lock in, he’s leading the offense and has done a great job doing so. Throws a really catchable ball.

Jones wants to show everyone that last season was not his best.

He did that in training camp, but now he has an opportunity to dominate opponents on the field.
