Caleb Downs is planning to enter the transfer portal, per multiple reports.
Downs is a former five-star recruit, who was one of the best freshman in the country during the 2023 football season. He led Alabama in tackles en route to winning the Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award.
Georgia and Ohio State are among the programs considered to be the favorites to land Downs out of the portal.
