South Alabama takes shot at Alabama after losing ReliaQuest Bowl

Alabama football is receiving criticism from all corners of college football after falling to Michigan 19-13 in the ReliaQuest Bowl.

The latest shot of criticism comes from in-state FBS program, South Alabama. The Jaguars took to social media via X to poke fun at the Crimson Tide onWednesday evening after defeating Western Michigan in the Salute to Veterans Bowl earlier this month.

The X account for South Alabama reminded everyone the Jaguars were the only college football team from Alabama to win a bowl game.

The Alabama Crimson Tide will now look to get back to the drawing board and rebuild for the future, after closing out their 2024 football season with a record of 9-4 under first year head coach Kalen DeBoer.
