Alabama football’s head coach Kalen DeBoer provided a positive update on Ryan Williams ahead of the Crimson Tide’s matchup against Wisconsin.
“Ryan Williams, we expect him to play,” DeBoer said on Wednesday.
Williams left the Crimson Tide’s first game of the season against Florida State with a concussion. He missed the Tide’s game against Louisiana-Monroe as he went through concussion protocol.
The former five-star had five catches for 30 yards before exiting the field early against the Seminoles.
Williams will look to return to his usual self against the Badgers. He pulled in four catches for 78 yards and a score against Wisconsin last season.
