Vanderbilt’s defense could be without multiple contributors in the secondary against the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturday.
The Commodores’ cornerback, Marlon Jones is listed as out in the Vanderbilt’s initial availability report after playing against Utah State. He has six total tackles on the season. Fellow cornerback, Mark Davis, who has nine career interceptions, is considered questionable at the moment.
The Commodores’ defensive lineman, Yilanan Ouattara is also listed as out. He has already missed multiple games this season.
The Crimson Tide will be without key defenders this weekend themselves with Jah-Marien Latham, Qua Russaw and Jeremiah Beaman set to miss this matchup.
