Kalen DeBoer provided a positive update on Isaiah Horton and Lotzeir Brooks during the SEC Coaches Teleconference on Wednesday.
Both wide receivers were missing in action against South Carolina by the second half of the game. Brooks did not play in the game at all as he was listed as out earlier in the week before the matchup. Horton started the game but was sidelined in the first half.
DeBoer updated both of their current status.
“I expect those guys to be ready to go for LSU,” DeBoer said. “Lotty (Lotzeir Brooks) was especially rolling out there today and making good progress. Isaiah just got dinged up there in the first half of the game and making good progress.”
Brooks and Horton have both been valuable members of a talented wide receiver room for the Tide this season.
