Alabama football’s linebacker, Qua Russaw is questionable to return against Oklahoma after suffering a broken foot earlier in the season.
Russaw went down with the injury against Georgia. He has not played a game since. The former five-star accounted for four total tackles, one sack and one tackle for loss before getting injured.
Kalen DeBoer updated Russaw’s status Wednesday during the SEC Coaches teleconference.
“We’re unsure at this point, probably in that questionable range right now at this minute, but he’s coming along nicely,” DeBoer said. “I know I said that a week ago. I would consider it at least on if not ahead of schedule from what we originally thought. He’s done a great job and he’s getting closer and closer, so, just see how he feels here the rest of the week.”
Alabama will host Oklahoma Saturday on Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2:30 p.m. CST.
