This week former Alabama defensive back Terrion Arnold signed with the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks.

Arnold is in the midst of serious legal troubles this offseason as he was released last month after facing multiple felony charges including kidnapping and armed robbery stemming from a February incident in Tampa, Florida.

After speaking with a number of teams following his release by the Detroit Lions, Arnold ultimately ended up in Seattle but it wasn’t by mistake.

In fact, one of Arnold’s former Alabama teammates gave a positive testimonial to the front office about Arnold’s character. That teammate turned out to be quarterback Jalen Milroe according to a report from Jordan Schultz.

Milroe and Arnold have had a strong relationship dating back to their time with the Crimson Tide as each were responsible for creating the term “LANK” which rallied the 2024 Alabama team to the College Football Playoff.

Despite finding his new home, Arnold’s legal issues are far from over as his next court date is a disposition hearing on Oct. 5.
