Dont’a Hightower is considered by man to be one of the best young linebackers in the NFL. After oping the season in primetime against the Pittsburg Steelers, Hightower and the Patriots went on the road to take on their divisional rival Buffalo Bills.
Hightower racked up 12 tackles and half a sack in Sunday’s win over the Bills. Hightower was on the field for 69 of the Patriots’ 72 snaps on defense. The Patriots were victorious 40-32 to stay undefeated for the season.
Hightower was very impressive last season collecting 89 tackles and a career-high six sacks while winning his first Vince Lombardi trophy. Hightower played every defensive snap in the Super Bowl with a torn labrum in his right shoulder.
Now back at 100 percent Hightower will look to build off his best season to date while also trying to bring another championship back to Foxborough, Massachusetts.
