Fans of Alabama baseball have a head coach they can get behind, and he greatly respects Nick Saban.
Rob Vaughn, a former head coach at Maryland, has been hired by the Crimson Tide. The 35-year-old is an alumnus of Kansas State University and guided Maryland to two Big Ten regular season championships (2022, 2023) and a Big Ten tournament championship this season. He is a two-time Big Ten Coach of the Year, but Tide fans want to see the success in Tuscaloosa, Ala.

One of the best and most hilarious moments from Vaughn’s introductory presser was his admitting to almost passing out upon meeting Coach Saban. Saban’s success in football causes other athletic venues at the University of Alabama to grow.
