Alabama football fans have been called upon for a second time this season to play a significant role in a marquee game.
Nick Saban, defensive back Kool-Aid McKinstry, and a University of Alabama alum are counting on the fans to make LSU’s time at Bryant-Denny Stadium very difficult. Coach Saban wants a ‘winning momentum’ in the atmosphere, McKinstry wants the energy of the crowd, and the alumnus wants Crimson Tide fans to prove they are the mecca of college football.

Alabama fans were boisterous against Tennessee, and it helped the Tide shut out the Volunteers in the second half.
Rece Davis, the Alabama alum, saw the energy from fans during ESPN’s College GameDay set in the morning.

Now, the attention turns to tonight’s showdown for the SEC West at 6:45 p.m. CT on CBS. No seat was empty for the Tennessee game, so the same is expected in this matchup against the Tigers. Will the fans for a second time give Saban what he wants?
