Alabama and Georgia are playing for a conference title for the fourth time in the Nick Saban era.
The Crimson Tide defeated the Bulldogs in 2012, 2018, and 2021. Alabama football earned a 26-23 victory over Georgia at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship Game to finish the 2017 season.
Coach Saban wants his team to play its way into the CFP, despite suffering a loss to Texas in week two of the season.
