Alabama fall camp notes: Observations at wide receiver and running back

The media viewing period was short during Tuesday practice for Alabama football.

Alabama players and coaches worked in sunny, 83-degree weather conditions at Thomas Drew Field.

The Crimson Tide returned to fall camp after having Monday off and enduring a scrimmage and an open practice last week.

I focused mainly on wide receivers and running backs in practice. The notes from both groups are below.

-It looks like Ryan Williams, a freshman, has taken a big step forward at wide receiver.
