Former players for the Tide were more upset.

Several guys acted in disgust on social media as they could not believe how the Commodores handled Alabama. Vanderbilt earned a 40-35 victory over the weekend, its fans stormed the field, and they trolled Nick Saban with a video on the Jumbotron.

Marquis Maze, a former Alabama wide receiver, was pissed on X. The two-time BCS National Champion in 2009 and 2011 said “this sh** is totally unacceptable at Alabama.” He said the players and coaches better understand this right now.

Maze is also not feeling the 4-2-5 defense with Kane Wommack and wants to change things.

We are seeing more alums welcomed back to the University of Alabama to provide their input. Now, it would be a time to take Maze’s thoughts into consideration to improve. Alabama looks to pick up the pieces and regroup for South Carolina.
