Corey Barber reported an offer from Alabama football Tuesday after being one of the top performers at Under Armour Atlanta.

Barber is a junior at Spain Park High School in Hoover, Alabama. He is not rated on most recruiting sites, but this is subject to change really soon as his recruitment has exploded as of late. The Crimson Tide joins Arkansas, Auburn, Miami, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Oregon, Washington and West Virginia as programs who have recently offered Barber.
The junior feels being from the state of Alabama makes his offer from the Tide even more special.
“It means a lot being from Bama,” Barber told Touchdown Alabama. “A lot of legacy behind it.”
The tradition Alabama has with developing wideouts stands out to Barber.
“Alabama is known for being WRU,” said Barber. “They produce the best guys at receiver, and it’s a great place to go to get ready for the league.”
Barber was a dangerous weapon during the 2024 season. He finished the year with 1,429 yards and 17 touchdowns on 74 receptions. He has the ability to create separation while running routes and be productive after the catch.
He plans to visit Alabama as soon as possible.
