Alabama football’s offensive guard, Tyler Booker should be considered the best interior offensive lineman in this year’s NFL Draft, according to CBS Sports college football analyst Randy Cross.

Booker comes off of a stellar three-year collegiate career at Alabama, allowing only two sacks in over 2,000 total snaps. Booker was also a two-year team captain and earned multiple All-American and SEC honors. This impressive resume by the IMG Academy product is why Cross firmly believes in Booker.

“He’s a burly bear of a guy, he is a big dude,” Cross said. “But he can move, he likes to put people in the ground. He’s very, very good at making contact and getting people in space…I think this guy can pretty much do everything you need him to do at this next level. He’s gonna be fun to watch.”

Booker is listed as a top-13 overall prospect, according to NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah.

The Alabama offensive guard is projected to be taken in the mid portion of the first round by multiple recent mock drafts.
