LSU transfer offensive lineman, DJ Chester is set to visit Alabama football this week, according to CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.
Chester started at center for the Tigers in 2024 for 13 games as a redshirt freshman. However, he did not start in 2025 and was moved to left tackle. He primarily served as a reserve offensive lineman this season for the Tigers before entering the portal.
Alabama has to build an entirely new starting offensive line after losing all of its starters to either the transfer portal or the NFL. Chester is looking to find his footing again in college football, and plenty of opportunities appear to be in Tuscaloosa to do so.
The 6-foot-6, 315-pounder is a player to know in the portal for the Tide.
