How to watch Alabama basketball vs. Sam Houston

Tide hoops is officially back. 

No. 20 Alabama is set to host Sam Houston at Coleman Coliseum on Tuesday night, as the Tide’s highly anticipated season opener has finally arrived. Alabama will begin the regular season without Aden Holloway in addition to promising freshman Anderson Diaz, and the team as a whole will feature a plethora of new faces up and down the roster in 2026. 

Alabama’s season opener will tipoff at 6:30 p.m. CST, and fans can tune in on SEC Network plus (SECN+). Roger Hoover will be tonight’s play-by-play announcer, with Mo Finley joining him as the color commentator. Chris Stewart and Bryan Passink will be on the radio call, as fans can tune into 95.3 FM (The Bear/WFFN) as well.

The Crimson Tide are a -26.5 point favorite over the Bearkats tonight.
