Alabama's Reggie Ragland makes ESPN's midseason list

Alabama linebacker Reggie Ragland was named to ESPN’s midseason All-American team Monday. He was the lone Crimson Tide player represented, and one of six Southeastern Conference players to make the list. The senior is making a case for a high NFL draft stock.

Ragland, 6-foot-2, 252 pounds, is currently leading Alabama in tackles (59) and has four tackles for loss. He has put in two sacks, three pass breakups, three quarterback hurries and two forced fumbles through seven games. Ragland anchors a front seven that has allowed just 70.9 rushing yards and 271.9 total yards per game. Alabama faces Tennessee this weekend.
