Alabama quarterback Bryce Young is doing well for himself. He isn’t quite Jeff Bezos or Elon Musk, but for someone who hasn’t started a game in college yet, there sure is a ton of interest about how much money he’s made in just a few months.

Young’s earnings made headlines last week during SEC Media Days when head coach Nick Saban said the California native has already made “close to seven-figures” before fall camp has even started.

On Thursday, ESPN released a report with what seems to be a more precise estimation of what Young is making.

According to Alex Scarborough, Young has already signed deals that are worth more than $800,000 but he is yet to sign any deals worth $1 million but has been presented with such offers.

Young’s biggest investors have reportedly been from the CashApp who’s deal with the sophomore is in the six figure range and will be having him appear in upcoming ads featuring New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones and San Francisco 49ers quarterback Trey Lance. The rest of Young’s deals are in the memorabilia and trading card businesses including Leaf, Wild Card and Onyx, according to the report.

It also appears as if Young will be looking out for his teammates as well as he is set to sign deals that would also benefit other members of the Crimson Tide.

He hasn’t quite crossed the threshold yet but Young is a millionaire in the making and will certainly be one in the near future.

Maybe even in a week.
