Brian Branch has met with the Pittsburgh Steelers, and he said it would be a ‘dream come true’ to play alongside former Alabama defensive back, Minkah Fitzpatrick, as a Steeler Thursday at the NFL Combine.

Branch played for Alabama from 2020 to 2022. He came to Tuscaloosa as a four-star recruit out of Sandy Creek High School in Georgia. The Georgia native finished his career at Alabama with 172 total tackles, four interceptions and 27 pass deflections.

Branch spoke with multiple media members at the NFL combine. He revealed he has met with the Steelers and the Green Bay Packers, and he plans to meet with the New York Jets. The Alabama defensive back spoke about his versatility during his media availability Thursday.

Many expect Branch to be one of the first safeties off the board in the NFL Draft in April.
