Alabama football has an 82 .8 percent chance to make the College Football Playoff, according to ESPN’s FPI.
This gives the Crimson Tide the 12th-highest percentage, ultimately predicting Alabama will be in the playoff. Notre Dame has a 94.6 percent chance to make the field. Every team currently ranked above Alabama in the College Football Playoff rankings has a 100 percent chance to make the playoff along with JMU and Tulane.
Alabama is 10-3 after losing to Georgia 28-7 in the SEC Championship. The College Football Playoff field will be announced Sunday at 11 a.m. CST live on ESPN.
