Former Alabama defensive back signs with ACC team

On X, Kam Howard announced that he has signed with Boston College.

The defensive back declared he was entering the transfer portal on Dec. 27, and now, he has landed in the ACC.

Howard has three years of eligibility remaining. He joined the Crimson Tide after transferring from Charlotte in 2024. He redshirted after playing in four games for the Tide this season. He mainly contributed on special teams during his time with the Crimson Tide.

So far in his collegiate career, Howard has 42 total tackles and two interceptions.

Boston College is coached by former Alabama offensive coordinator Bill O’Brien, and a former Crimson Tide player is heading his way.
