Vigor LB locks in 3 SEC official visits

Vigor High School linebacker, Isaac McNeil is beginning to see his recruitment take a major step forward as the 2027 standout has scheduled three official visits for the month of June.

McNeil told Touchdown Alabama he currently has official visits lined up with Texas A&M, Florida, and Alabama, with each program set to host him during a busy stretch of the summer.

The first visit will take place at Texas A&M from June 5 to June 7, followed by a trip to Florida from June 11 to June 13. McNeil will then close out his scheduled visits with Alabama from June 19 to June 21.

When asked about where things stand in his recruitment, McNeil made it clear that no program has separated itself just yet.

“Not right now,” McNeil said. “I would say everyone’s doing a great job recruiting me.”

The Vigor linebacker also noted that communication has been strong across the board, with multiple programs staying in consistent contact.

“I would say everyone is communicating a lot right now,” McNeil said. “I don’t think I could just say one place.”

McNeil’s upcoming official visits should provide more clarity as he continues to evaluate each program heading into the summer. Known for his physicality, instincts, and ability to play sideline-to-sideline, the 2027 linebacker is quickly establishing himself as one of the top defensive prospects in the state.

More visits could be added in the future, but for now, June is shaping up to be a pivotal month in Isaac McNeil’s recruitment.
