Alabama football has re-offered Dedrick Kimbrough.
Kimbrough is a sophomore wide receiver at Thompson High School in Alabama. He holds previous offers from Miami, Ole Miss, Texas and several other prominent college football programs. The impressive wide receiver prospect plans to visit Alabama multiple times this spring.
“I will be back on Sunday and then on March 26th,” Kimbrough told Touchdown Alabama.
Alabama’s wide receiver coach Derrick Nix is heading into his first season with the Crimson Tide. Kimbrough is looking forward to meeting him when he gets on campus. Nix’s energy is something Kimbrough has heard great things about.
“I think the wide receivers are in great hands,” Kimbrough said. “I love Coach Nix’s energy so far, and I can’t wait to meet him.”
The 6-foot-2, 197-pounder is a fluid route runner who has proven he can be explosive out of his release off the line of scrimmage. He flashes promise, and he is expected to be one of the most sought-after wide receivers in the 2028 recruiting class.
