DJ Huggins announced an official visit with Alabama football hours after reporting an offer from the Crimson Tide.

Huggins attends Harrison High School in Kennesaw, Georgia, and he is a 2027 wide receiver prospect. The Georgia product holds offers from Alabama, Florida State, Georgia and others. Most recruiting sites consider him to be a three-star recruit at the moment.

The Crimson Tide offered Huggins on Wednesday, and he announced plans to officially visit Alabama less than 24 hours later. Huggins will make his way back to Tuscaloosa for the official visit on June 12.

Alabama hosted him for a gameday visit in November during the 2025 season.

At 5-foot-11 and 170 pounds, Huggins can accelerate really quickly and explode into another gear while running routes and while picking up yards after the catch.

The new Alabama target finished the 2025 season with 1,013 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns on 60 receptions.
