Nick Saban enjoys winning as Alabama’s head football coach, but he loves having fun with his players.

We have seen him in some hilarious moments in his tenure, but Khyree Jackson caught Saban in a good one.

The Crimson Tide is in spring practice, and Saban decided to leave the practice facility early on Wednesday. Jackson, a former junior college transfer, was last to leave the building. He captures Coach Saban in a funny video walking to his car.

“Dang Coach, you beat me out the building,” Jackson said. “That’s not good news if you beat me out the building.”

Saban’s response, which was “I have work to do,” added to the humor. All Jackson could do was laugh.

He is battling for a starting position at cornerback. The 6-foot-3, 198-pounder totaled seven tackles and two pass breakups through 12 games in 2021.
