ESPN commentator, Paul Finebaum feels Alabama will likely make significant changes in the future.
Finebaum recently gave his thoughts on the future of the Alabama football program on McElroy and Cubelic in the Morning.
“I think the future of the program is okay, but I think for this year, everybody can accept the path back is evenly narrow,” said Finebaum. “I do not know exactly what is going happen at the end of the season. I suspect there will be some significant chances. I know that is what the public seems to want ,and I think in this case, I don’t think Nick Saban can avoid tweaking some things, but he had been down this road before and I do not think that is a terribly awkward position for him.”
Finebaum went on to say the Crimson Tide season has been a disappointment.
“You can take a look at the season anyway you want. You can say, well, Alabama has lost two games not he final play and won two games on the final play, so maybe it’s all even, but in the end, there’s no way you can look at where we are right now without saying it’s a bitter disappointment considering what Alabama had coming into the season and what expectations were.”
