Gude is a 2024 defensive back out of Langston Hughes High School in Georgia. He currently has Alabama, Florida, Louisville, Ohio State, Georgia Tech, UCF, Arkansas, Texas, Georgia Tech and Texas A&M in his top 10.
The Crimson Tide offered the junior in January, becoming the ninth program to do so. The Georgia prospect did not hold back his love for the Tide after Nick Saban informed him of his offer.
“I love it, honestly,” Gude told Touchdown Alabama. “They produce greatness down there in Tuscaloosa, and I am trying to be great one day.”

At 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds, Gude made plays on the defensive side of the football for Sandy Creek High School en route to a state championship. He was a physical tackler, who was always around the football. He showed the type of playmaking ability that should help him work his way to near the top of Alabama’s defensive back recruiting board.
